Thank you for sharing your time and talents! Please log your volunteer hours and submit them to SHO Volunteers monthly. By recording the volunteer work that you perform you help SHO to:
• Comply with federal and state documentation requirements, ensuring continued funding
• Assess community needs and responses
• Demonstrate to supporters the value of the services you provide
• Maintain SHO Volunteers’ vital contributions to the community at large
Please get your hours to us in what ever way you prefer. You can print out the form and mail it, walk it in, or fax it to SHO. You can also email the form or the information to LHenderson@southernrivol.org. We want to make this an easy process for our volunteers, thank you for taking the time to report the difference you are making.
