Jess Stratton is both a computer whiz and also a natural teacher. That rare combination of knowledge and the ability to teach that knowledge which has eluded me until now! After many years at home, I entered the workforce without any computer skills. My job description included : Learn computer skills as needed. There was a slight problem, I worked during the day and went home to a husband, five children, and household tasks waiting for attention. I didn't have much time and wanted to learn just precisely what I needed when I needed it. By a great stroke of luck I noticed Solace's storefront. Anytime I get stuck with a problem that I can't quickly figure out, all I have to do is make an appointment with Jess and she shows me quickly and easily what I need to learn. It is real "solace" knowing that she is there. I recommend Solace for any busy person who needs to efficiently learn computer skills. She is relaxed, patient and very easy to understand.
